- I will be using an external hard drive as my boot volume and will want
- to run Autodoubler off of it. I will want to take this drive, hook it
- up to my school's macs (which do not run autodoubler) and gain access
- to my files and apps.
-
- Question: what do I need to do to boot off this ext drive?
- Question: what do I need to do to access data and apps on this drive?
- Question: Will the fact that all my files will be compressed and the
- system is not running autodoubler wreak havoc? Without booting
- off my ext drive, how do I invoke autodoubler (which auto-expands
- files as needed)? Is the only fix to run ADExpand manually
- on files as needed (this would be a BIG drag!)?
