  28. I use FreeHand 3.1 instead of Adobe Illustrator and have seen the same kind
  29. of problem.  Microsoft technical support confirmed that Word 5.0 has a problem
  30. printing editions that were published in EPS format.  They suggested 
  31. creating the publisher in PICT format, instead, and it has worked flawlessly -
  32. somewhat to my surprise.
