  19. Not neccesarily; you can still purchase ATM from any number of mail order
  20. firms for $59 or so.  Remember that the $59 ATM package comes with the
  21. PostScript versions of Times, Helvetica, Symbol and Courier, whereas the $7.50
  22. pack only comes with Garamond.
