  13. i am wondering if anyone could straighten this little problem
  14. of mine 
  15. I have both trueytypes and bitmap fonts installed in my system
  16. ( info : 7.0.1 + tu 1.1.1). Will these bitmap fonts automatically
  17. be selected for on screen presentation of text, if the right size 
  18. is available ? Or does the system choose truetype fonts if it can
  19. find those... ? Further on, If the system can find the right font size
  20. will it either 'interpolate' the bitmaps or jump over to the truetype
  21. specification ?

  23. To be honnest, i used the term 'bitmap' because i can't tell the distinction
  24. between type 1 and postscript fonts at the system level. Where do the 
  25. 'screen fonts' fit in ?
