  12. Hi There,

  14. A friend of mine is installing system 7.1, and is having a weird 
  15. problem. The installer says everything is OK, but when he tries
  16. to restart the computer it says that it cannot create a DeskTop
  17. Folder because the disk is locked.

  19. His hard drive is not locked, as farnd there does not seem to be
  20. anything else that should be causing this. The machine is a stock
  21. se/30, and has 5 megs, if that makes any difference.
