  13. 1) I have been trying for some time now to remove the dead keys from the
  14. option key in an application that I am building.  Does anyone know how to
  15. do this (I know it can be done because lots of comm programs do it to
  16. simulate a control key.)

  18. 2) I have another program (written in Think C) which can open and
  19. initialize the serial moodem port just fine with the calls RAMSDOpen
  20. followed by SetSerial.  When I try to do this with the printer port the
  21. SetSerial call returns -28.  Any ideas
