- Hi all,
-
- Ok, I've seen it before, I even understood it once, but with the advent of
- the not-as-fast-as-it-should-be IIvx people have been talking about the IIci
- and the effect its memory has on its speed.
- What's the deal with that again?
- Something about if you run with 5 megs there's only 1 meg in bank A you can
- set your RAM cashe to something and thing will be faster. But, if you have 8
- megs the ci might be slower 'cause there's 4 megs in bank A. If you have a
- video card installed then blaa blaa blaa ad nauseum.
-
- Could somebody email me with a rundown of the problem/its fixes/and things
- to avoid?
-
- Thanks,
- Marc.
