  13. We have a Quadra 700 with the internal 240 Mb Drive running A/UX 3.

  15. I believe the machine came with A/UX already installed, but what we wanted
  16. to do was resize the Mac disk partition from 4Mb to about 10.  The only
  17. way I know how to do this with Apple software is through the HD SC setup
  18. program.

  20. Once the setup program is running and the custom disk partitioning window
  21. is up, the partition diagram had 6 partitions.  The last two were the
  22. Mac partition (4Mb) followed by another A/UX partition (~85Mb - slice 3).
  23. I first deleted the A/UX partition, then the mac partition.  Once I
  24. recreated the mac partition (for 10Mb), the Setup program quit recognizing
  25. the disk as a 240Mb drive - now it thinks the drive is only 162Mb.

  27. Has anybody had a problem like this, where the Setup program, after modify-
  28. ing the partitions, fails to recognize the full capacity of the disk?
  29. How can I get around this?
