  10. I am a  d e v e l o p  subscriber (through work) and I've been expecting
  11. the November issue for some time now. I'm worried that something has gone
  12. wrong with my subscription as I got a 'change of address' slip sent to
  13. me for no apparent reason a while back (I ignored it).
