  14. Has anyone out there played with the new HyperCard Player yet?
  15. I saw an article in MacWeek about it, that it would be bundled with
  16. the new machines and was indeed just a player -- no user scripting was
  17. possible.  There was also mention of developers being able to imbed
  18. enough of HyperCard to make the stacks work as standalones.

  20. I am interested for two reasons:
  21. 1) to make sure that my stacks work in case anyone should ever need to
  22.    use them with the player.
  23. 2) I am working on a stack for work which would be perfect for this,
  24.    if the runtime version takes us less RAM and/or disk space.

  26. Does anyone have information at all on it?  I called Claris' customer
  27. support number, but the representative didn't even know of it.
  28. (Of course, he also could not find my registration in the computer...)
