- Has anyone out there played with the new HyperCard Player yet?
- I saw an article in MacWeek about it, that it would be bundled with
- the new machines and was indeed just a player -- no user scripting was
- possible. There was also mention of developers being able to imbed
- enough of HyperCard to make the stacks work as standalones.
-
- I am interested for two reasons:
- 1) to make sure that my stacks work in case anyone should ever need to
- use them with the player.
- 2) I am working on a stack for work which would be perfect for this,
- if the runtime version takes us less RAM and/or disk space.
-
- Does anyone have information at all on it? I called Claris' customer
- support number, but the representative didn't even know of it.
- (Of course, he also could not find my registration in the computer...)
-
- Thanks,
-
