- It wasn't a matter of ease of implementation. HyperCard 2.1 doesn't
- understand object specifiers because they hadn't yet been finally defined
- when HyperCard 2.1 shipped, concurrently with System 7.0 in May of last
- year. It would be wonderful to have a version of HyperCard that fully
- supports the Apple Event Object Model; I wish it had been possible back
- then.
