  11.    According to the third addition of the Macintosh Bible errors 17-24 indicate
  12. that there is a missing package (routines in the system that carry out certain
  13. tasks) that is needed by your program.  Try reinstalling the system and see if
  14. that takes care of the problem.  Just a note ... my source of information does
  15. not cover system 7.1 so I may be wrong.  I don't think that error messages
  16. change from system to system though.  Anyone else have some input???
