- I couldn't find the genesis of this thread, so this may be redundant.

- Under System 7, if the volume is being shared, it cannot be renamed.
- Simply turn off file sharing, rename the volume, and reactivate. It
- took me a while to figure this one out since I couldn't find it in any
- of the system documentation.
