- My PowerBook 160 had a QuickTime disk included (but the version of
- QuickTime was 1.0, not the new 1.5). I got QuickTime 1.5 by ftp, and
- it runs fine. Note that on the QuickTime disk there is a special version
- of the ScrapBook that comes with two movies. The movies will
- play only if you have QuickTime installed.
-
- I would also recommend that you get Extension Manager (available by ftp)
- to enable QuickTime only when you need it since QuickTime increases the
- size of the System heap by about 200K.
-
- If you use JPEG viewers, you will have to enable QuickTime.
