- I have it on good word that this is a temporary shortage due to the fact
- that the source from which they were importing mouse balls (here in
- Texas, where everything is known to be bigger -- including our mice) has
- run dry for the moment, forcing them to use mice native to their state
- as a source for said balls.

- it happens that their mice are, too. Thus the lighter weight balls,
- unfortunately.
