  12. I have heard in various places that there is an init/cdev
  13. which patches the system for older Macs like the Mac Plus
  14. and Mac SE to make it 32-bit clean. ( for use if you put
  15. an accelerator in there) Does anyone know if such a beast 
  16. exists and if so how to get hold of it?

  18. I am making my own accelerator in the lab here and am at 
  19. the point in the design where I need to know if I can 
  20. assume a 32-bit clean system and put things outside the 
  21. 24-bit address space of a 68000 based Mac.
