- I have heard in various places that there is an init/cdev
- which patches the system for older Macs like the Mac Plus
- and Mac SE to make it 32-bit clean. ( for use if you put
- an accelerator in there) Does anyone know if such a beast
- exists and if so how to get hold of it?
-
- I am making my own accelerator in the lab here and am at
- the point in the design where I need to know if I can
- assume a 32-bit clean system and put things outside the
- 24-bit address space of a 68000 based Mac.
