- Again, look to Douglas_J's message, If the PB100 is asleep, it is shut
- down. To put the drive in while it is on is bad, it's just like plugging
- any drive into any machine that's on. If it is asleep, treat it as if it
- were shut down, except that if you remove all the batteries and unplug it
- (including the backup batteries) you'll lose your RAMdisk and everything
- you were running.
- Of course, it's always a good habit to shut down before doing anything,
- so that you don't try it with any other powerbooks.
