  18. Regrettably, he does not enumerate the 'problems'.  I've just purchased the
  19. IIvx's close relation, a IIvi, principally for MIDI applications.  I've
  20. been running (evaluation copies of) Cubase, Encore, Lime, Band-in-a-box, 
  21. MIDI manager and anything else I can lay my hands on.  I've had no problems 
  22. so far which could be attributed to the hardware.

  24. Regrettably, unfounded speculation and the occasional untruth are all too
  25. often circulated in this newsgroup as 'fact'.  So, Joe, if you have clear,
  26. substantiated evidence that there is such a problem, we would like to hear
  27. that evidence.  On the other hand, if your statement is simply bar-room (or 
  28. green-room!) gossip, it would be helpful if it were clearly labelled as such.
