- I have experienced the same thing--of course you can minimize it with contrast
- and brightness controls. I am sure that it is a by-product of the LCD screen
- and the way that it "addresses" pixels. If I recall, this is done by giving
- a voltage to both horizontal and vertical references which will intersect at
- the prescribed spot on the screen. I imagine that this would allow for some
- feedback or whatever in neighboring areas, especially where you have some
- high contrasts (title block). Any EEs out there that can elicidate?
