Actually for some reason I thought it was called Year of the Dragon or Dragon.
Regardless, what you do is point the mouse around the screen until you see a
the arrow turn into the greed exit thingy and click. You go onto the next screen
With the elevator you press the down button and you get out of the building.
Then your facing a chainlink fence and what looks like an atm machine. Press
on the atm machine thing and you pick places to go in L.A. including where
the mayor tells you to go also you can get to Karyn's apt or city hall.

Hint. dont forget to take the gun from under the pillow in the apartment.
When you get farther into the game let me know maybe you could help me out.
