- I have a PB 100 running older versions (v1.0 for each, actually) of Spectre
- and OIDS. They worked fine until I installed the Connectix Powebook
- Utilities, now they are both a flickering mess that is impossible to play.
- I called Connectix, and they said it was because older versions of these
- games don't control the screen according to Apple's newest rules, so if I
- purchased the lastest version of these games they should work fine. Has
- anybody else had trouble running older versions of games on newer Systems,
- especially PowerBooks with Connectix Powerbook Utilities? I'd like to know
- what changes have been made to these games before I purchase new copies.
- Thanks for any info.
