  11. Is there a way to disable a layout object such as a thermometer or dial?
  12.  I want to have a layout in which the user selects a radio button (ex:
  13. Yes) and the thermometer in the layout is disabled.   If the No button
  14. is selected, then I want the termometer the be activated again.  Does
  15. anyone have any ideas on how to do this?  I tried the DISABLE BUTTON
  16. command but this obviously does not work since the object is not a
  17. button.

  19. Also, how do you set the radio button default? In the BEFORE phase of the
  20. layout?  I want the yes button to be selected automatically (thus
  21. deactivating the thermometer until the user selects NO).
