  11. I would like to print documents in MSWorks 3.0 to a postscript file.
  12. The Laserwriter printer driver allows you to do this with an option
  13. at print-time, but the file for a 1 page document is in excess of 
  14. 700K.  Since this document was entirely text, I assume that it is 
  15. creating bitmaps of the font (Times) and saving the bitmap rather 
  16. that the straight text with formatting/font commands.

  18. My question is this:  How can I create a postscript file that uses
  19. text/font/formatting information rather than bitmaps?  (The system
  20. is a Mac LCII running 7.0.1, and there is no printer attached.)
