  10. I'm looking for a program that, on startup, will look up a diary and create a 
  11. number of form letters to clients as reminders of equipment calibrations. Some 
  12. calendar programs I've looked at will cheerfully flag the event but we need 
  13. something that will generate the letters without being touched by human hands.
