  12. First, let me congratulate Nir Ailon of Israel for doing something
  13. useful with the Macintosh while in 12th grade!

  15. 'NEW teeny deriver' does what it claims. Give it a function and the derivative
  16. appears. I had some fun ploting these functions with MathPad, an interesting
  17. plotting tool for simple tasks.

  19. My concern is that 'NEW teeny deriver' does not use a Menu Bar nor seem
  20. particularly friendly to switching programs. I tried it with System 7.01
  21. and immediately had problems when I tried to switch to another program.
  22. 'NEW teeny deriver' did not create the Menu Bar again, did not release
  23. computer to the other program. Stuck? I don't often have cause to use
  24. 'Command-option-escape' to force quit a program, glad it is there though.

  26. 'NEW teeny deriver' does appear to safely quit when its 'q' quit command
  27. is used, just don't try to switch windows. Give it a try with caution and
  28. send Nir a postcard and $5 if you find it useful!
