1. Type your text
2. Create an arc, circle or oval large enough for it to wrap around.
3. Select both your text and the object and select "Bind Text"
Your text will then be reformed in the shape of the object you've created.
Caveat: this works best (only?) with Type 1 Postscript fonts.
