-
- I've noticed this is often due to 'auxiliary' files that the application
- needs. While DD includes an option in its Prefs to expand related files,
- this will fail if the auxiliary files are in a different folder than the
- opening application.
-
- There are some other quirks, which have caused
- compressed files to not expand and open. The weirdest was a set of files
- that would show up in the SFGet dialog and would show as expanding once
- selected. However, after expanded, I was left with the SFGet dialog again
- and had to re-select and open the expanded files. As I said, pretty odd.
-
- I don't know if I can help you much here, as I've since added AutoDoubler,
- which causes any such problem to disappear.
-
- Give a call to Fifth Generation/Salient; I'm sure their tech support will
- be able to puzzle this one out.
-
- Good luck,
