- Stuffit Expander (Free--Version 3.0 due 'this month').
- BBEdit 2.2 (Free--Text editor) or
- Alpha 5.2 ($25 shareware--Text editor), or both.
- Now Utilities (a must-have for ANY Macintosh).
- Applicon (Free--Shows what applications are running).
- Disinfectant (Free--Anti-Virus program).
- QuicKeys 2 ($$ -- Macro & Shortcuts package).
- SuperClock 3.9.1 (Free--Menubar clock w/ battery display).
