- I'm soliciting recommendations for a modem/fax combination. I would like to
- use the modem to dial-in host UNIX machines, and send and receive FAXes. I
- currently have DoveFAX+ on my mac at work, and it works fine, but seems a
- bit pricey(?) and at home I don't need the voice options.
-
- Any suggestions? Also, what if I already have a standard 2400bps modem -- is
- there any inexpensive FAX software available? or does the modem have to
- have some special stuff in it to do faxes?!
-
- thanks in advance
