- I too experienced this behaviour, even with AD's idle time compression turned
- off (as Alladin suggests). I would frequently end up with files that DD would
- insist should be uncompressed, even though they were not compressed. Uncompressing
- resulted in a file which DD *still* wanted to uncompress... Anyway, I came
- to the same conclusion that Ian came to. You just do not want to run them
- together.

- This is unfortunate for me, because I like some of the features in SpaceSaver
- (like the new finder interaction (being able to create archives & SEAs by changing
- the name of the file/folder)). I do not understand why this functionality is
- built into SpaceSaver. I wish there was a way for me to get *just* the new
- finder interaction without the other SpaceSaver "features".
