  15. I too experienced this behaviour, even with AD's idle time compression turned
  16. off (as Alladin suggests). I would frequently end up with files that DD would
  17. insist should be uncompressed, even though they were not compressed. Uncompressing
  18. resulted in a file which DD *still* wanted to uncompress... Anyway, I came
  19. to the same conclusion that Ian came to. You just do not want to run them
  20. together.

  22. This is unfortunate for me, because I like some of the features in SpaceSaver
  23. (like the new finder interaction (being able to create archives & SEAs by changing
  24. the name of the file/folder)). I do not understand why this functionality is 
  25. built into SpaceSaver. I wish there was a way for me to get *just* the new
  26. finder interaction without the other SpaceSaver "features".
