- What machine would that be, Mr. Ling? Unless it's an original Mac 128, a Mac
- 512, or a newer model that doesn't have more than 2Mb of RAM installed, you
- _can_ run System 7.

- Does the set of Macintosh users that you know form a representative sample of
- all Macintosh users? Figures I've seen state that at least half of the
- installed base has upgraded to System 7, and you mustn't forget that all new
- Macs (1 million+ per year) ship with System 7 installed. Bill Coleman's point
- stands.
