  22. Tom, it sounds like you took a high-density disk, stuck it into an SE with a 
  23. non-FDHD (non-High Density) disk drive, and formatted it as a double sided disk. 
  24. The disk will never again function as a high density disk, but if you put a 
  25. piece of scotch tape over the hole on the left side of the disk (the one WITHOUT 
  26. the little slider on the back) you will be able to read it on macs with 
  27. high-density drives.

  29. In the future, be sure to format only low density disks (they don't have the 
  30. extra hole) on low-density macs.
