  21. Some thngs my momma never told me about laptop battery life (so I had to
  22. learn the hard way:)
  23. 1. If you have a modem installed and are not using it, turn it off;
  24. 2. Same if you have a math corpocessor & not using it;
  25. 3. Set hard drive to spin down after some period (5 minutes???) of
  26.    no use;
  27. 4. Turn off anything else you aren't using.
