- Some thngs my momma never told me about laptop battery life (so I had to

- 1. If you have a modem installed and are not using it, turn it off;
- 2. Same if you have a math corpocessor & not using it;
- 3. Set hard drive to spin down after some period (5 minutes???) of
- no use;
- 4. Turn off anything else you aren't using.
