  12. I think the instructions (what instruction?) mention that you need to de-
  13. install all of the Win 3.1 drivers that reference the PAS 16 (but not the
  14. MCI or MIDI Mapper or Timer) and the Multimedia Tools group BEFORE running
  15. install.  The drivers *seem* to work fine for me, even with the DOS drivers
  16. loaded.  Perhaps following the above procedure and D/L the newest version
  17. of the DOS driver will help?

  19. On the subject of tech support:  When I had a Sound Blaster, the tech. support
  20. at CL sucked too.  Sound cards are not simple devices, they are a learning
  21. experience chock full of FRUSTRATION AND WASTED TIME.  However, the results 
  22. are worth it.
