  23. Cica is mirrored at wuarchive (wuarchive.wustl.edu) in mirrors/win3
  24. There may be other sites, but that's the one I use when cica is filled.
  25. BTW, wuarchive mirrors many other sites. It's a one-stop shopping center for ftp
  26. software, the only problem being that it tends to be a little disorganized.
