  13. I'm having a problem with a Deskjet Plus that is connected to a PC through
  14. the parallel port.  Everytime I try to print something out (whether from
  15. DOS or from  a program nothing happens or I get a message that the printer
  16. might be offline.  I checked to be sure it was physically online (cable seems
  17. tight and LED is lit) so can't figure out why nothing seems to be getting
  18. through.

  20. The computer was recently upgraded from a 286 to a 386.  Could something
  21. have been overlooked in the upgrade?
