- I own a ViewSonic 4E, and I am quite happy with it.
-
- Specs:
- 14 inch color SVGA
-
- VGA (31.5KHz) Mode 1 Mode 2 Mode 3
- VGA VGA VGA System
- 640X350 640X400 640X480 Resolution
- 31.47KHz same same Hor. Freq.
- 70.08Hz same 59.94Hz Ver. Freq.
-
- SVGA (35.16KHz) SVGA
- 800X600 (graphics)
- 720X400 (text)
- 35.16KHz
- 56.25Hz
-
- 8514/A 8514/A
- (35.5KHz) 1024X768 (graphics - interlaced)
- 720X400 (text)
- 35.52KHz
- 87Hz
-
- I mostly use VGA text, VGA 640X480 graphics (WYSIWYG text & graphics),
- 800X600 graphics in that order. I would use 800X600 more if more of my
- software supported it. Since 1024X768 is too fine a resolution (for me
- anyhow) on a 14" monitor, I am very satisfied.
