  11. I'm building a pointing device which is Microsoft Mouse compatible
  12. through the IBM PC's RS-232 serial port.

  14. I need to know how the mouse communicates its information to the PC.
  15. Specifically, I'd like to know the timing, handshakes, packet organization,
  16. and everything required to build a Microsoft Mouse compatible device.
