- You should probably add some more info on your machine, e.g. adaptor cards,
- additional ROMs etc.

- Anyway, I suspect your machine contains an additional ROM at address C800h
- (SCSI Controller ?) while EMM386 tries to install the EMS page frame at this address. Write "device=emm386.exe ram frame=d000" and it should work.
