- Chop your path down in your AUTOEXEC.BAT file, or else add the
- following line to your CONFIG.SYS file and reboot:

- SHELL=C:\DOS\COMMAND.COM /P /E:512

- Your path may be different to your COMMAND.COM file. The /E:512 is the
- part that increases the environment space for your shell to 512 bytes.
- You could try something smaller first like /E:256 if you wish. The
- default is 127 bytes, I believe.
