- The game of which you speak is MEGATRON VGA for the IBM. In the game, you choose between a clan
- Mad Cat or a clan Vulture. It's got nice 360 by 480 vga graphics that will work on any
- 256 k fully VGA compatible card. You can choose to blow away your opponent with lasers or missles
- but you only have 30 or so missles. There is AdLib/SoundBlaster sound if you register, and full
- modem support so you can blow someone away from a different state. The shareware version has full
- modem support but card sound only on the first level. The movement method is sort of like EOB in that
- you move only one step at a time one grid-square at a time. There isn't the diversity of real
- BATTLETECH but the graphics on the robots are 3d and *really* nice.
- Unfortunately I have no idaea of FTP sites where it may be available, though TSL shareware
- distributors publish a catalog and you can order it from there thru the mail or over the phone.
