  10. I'm playing Civilisation V1, and I'm getting strange behaviour with
  11. the Great Library.  I built it a while back, and have never acquired
  12. any technology from it.  Sometimes I get a message like "Religion
  13. cancels effect of Oracle" and all my cities go into revolt, but I
  14. don't actually get Religion.  What's going on?  Is this a known bug,
  15. or am I missing something?
