- Hi,
-
- I'd like to see if anyone can beat my drive of 405 yards which
- I just hit recently. There was no wind for that round so I'm
- sure that it's possible to beat 405 yards with the aid of wind
- and a downhill slope.
-
- Sooo if anyone's interested, send me uudecoded files of singular
- shots that you saved that you think are of merit or interest---long
- drives, great recoveries, great putts, goofy shots, whatever you think
- is extraordinary. I'll make up award categories based upon what
- comes in. If you have any suggestions, send them with your shot.
- I'll also include "Most Odd Ball Placement" as an award. For example,
- I found it possible to shoot over the 18th at Harbour town and
- over to the boardwalk across the bay, and then whack balls into
- the ships.
-
- I'm assuming that you need to have the course on file in order to
- replay a shot from that course, so this stunt match has to be
- limited to:
-
- Torrey Pines
- Harbour Town
- Bay Hill
- Bountiful
- Dorado Beach
- Pinehurst
- St. Mer
-
-
- Send them in by Tuesday night (Nov 24) and I'll have the results
- (if any, after seeing the results of John Ferrell Jr.'s recent
- tourney) posted by Wednesday.
-
- By the way, thanks for having a long-drive recognition award,
- I finally won something in golf exept for highest score
- or longest overputt.
-
- Send 'em in.
