  28.     Are there tech plans out there?  I got the ship plans and the part
  29.     for the machine but couldn't find any tech plans.

  31.     Also, on Hyades....Can you open the door on the left side where the
  32.     guy wants his own planet?  Is there a way to activate the transporter
  33.     pad in the small three block room to the left of the main conference
  34.     room?
