- I've also had problems with CDW. The salesman was real pleasant while
- taking my order for a US Robotics 14.4 sportser w/fax. But when the
- modem was sent to my PO BOX (which UPS will not deliver to) then he
- re-sent two more, charging my VISA for all three (which nearly
- exceeded my limit at the time). He also said he'd send the stuff UPS
- RED at no extra charge but one of those three VISA charges was a few
- dollars more than the other two. When I looked at the invoice I
- noticed that he had in fact charged me for the next day delivery.
- When it came time to credit my VISA they credited me for the two
- standard deliveries so the one I paid was for the UPS RED. This was
- my first and probably last time ordering stuff from them. When I
- called to talk to the salesman about the problem he never returned my
- call. When I was originally ordering the modem he had returned
- several calls.
