- Panic stricken student writes,
-
- While playing around with my hp48 and the <-LIB-> library I
- accidentally blew away my memory. I didnt worry though because
- being a good user I backed up my memory about a week ago before
- diving into the sys-rpl level.
-
- The Problem
-
- When I download my backup from my computer to my hp48 it arrives
- as a text string and NOT as a backup object as it should. Im totally
- confused. When I made my backups I wasnt sure how to configure the settings
- for kermit on the recv end so I made 2 different backups. Unfortunately
- it looks like neither is working.
-
- bkp0: binary-mode
- translate code & checksum codes matching on both hp48 and kermit
- bkp0: ascii-mode
- translate code & checksum codes matching on both hp48 and kermit
-
- I have tried sending both of them to my hp48 but both of them arrive
- as a string.
-
- Any ideas would be GREATLY appreciated.........
