- I recently purchased another RAM card for my HP 48 to use for
- storing libraries and backups, to allow me more freedom in
- experimenting with system RPL and machine language programming.
- However, I find that Jan Brittenson's MLDL library (I have
- version 1.06A) doesn't like to be in a write-protected RAM card,
- and gives the error "Fatal Error: RAM card failure" if the card
- is write-protected. It seems I may have to keep a backup copy of
- MLDL in my write-protected port 2 and run it from port 0 (port 1
- is merged). What was done to MLDL to make it run in a ROM card?
- Would it be possible to obtain a RAM version of MLDL that will
- run happily in a write-protected RAM card?
