  11. does anyone know if HP-UX supports compressed-header
  12. SLIP?  i can only get the normal slip to work, and
  13. i don't know what the meaning of ASLIPC and ASLIPS are in the
  14. HP serial-line interface manual.  SLIP by itself
  15. works ok, but integration into the rest of HP-UX is
  16. awful, and the 40:1 overhead of normal (not compressed
  17. header) SLIP makes interactive sessions a pain.
