  13.      I noticed a problem in one of my FORTRAN programs just after RTU 6.0
  14. was installed. The <fioerr.f> file contains a numeric cross reference to
  15. various errors. For example, FERNEWF (tried to open existing file with
  16. status = 'new') is supposed to be error 117. My program has some code to
  17. handle this exception. Unfortunately, when running under RTU 6.0, the
  18. condition described is logged as error code 517.
