  13. I am on a unix machine with disk quotas in effect. My disk quota is
  14. limited to 3000m. The problem is that after a while the quota system
  15. does'nt update my activities properly and refuses to let me write to disk.
  16. This is even after I am well below the limit. My account manager has to
  17. reset it _every time_. What may be causing the problem? Any insights would
  18. be appreciated.
